Donna Kraft is an strict staff manager who runs a very tight ship in the workplace; she does not appreciate staff arriving late to work, especially Steven Grant, or failing to follow their exact schedule. She told Grant to stop touring a child around the museum as it was not part of his duties as a gift shop employee. Furthermore, Kraft acts discourteously towards Grant, as she replied snarly to his failure of achieving a date, and got snippy at him for his tardiness to work, encouraging him to improve his punctuality.
